As the winter months drag on and on, I find myself wondering "will ever see another sprig of grass?"
It's day like these I retreat into my bedroom where it feels like spring year round.
Baby blues, bright yellows, aqua greens delights my eyes. A yellow sheet used as an extended headboard says "come on over here, we can snuggle in the sunshine!"
Yes, I love my room and all its garage sale, second hand mish mashed goodness!
My room is so perfectly imperfect!! :)
Stuff stuff stuff
I have a love for costume jewelry.....thanks Gram!!
My lil touch of Spring
Well hello beautifuls....
I may not be a designer, I may get a design rap on the knuckles for breaking all the rules, but i know what I like...and I LOVE my room!!

A cold February afternoon
Ahhhh, so here i am. First Blog post ever....oh where will this little venture take me?
Who knows, but I'll give it a shot!
Well, I always wanted to do something to share creatively with people so here I am.
Anyone who knows me, knows I am a junk goddess!!! My motto "if its broke...DONT fix it...it only looks better!!" I love character!! Character belongs in things as much as it belongs in people!! oh the stories my old trunk could tell. Its journey from the Ukrain holding the worldly possessions of its then owner. Just think of that little girl who first cracked the binding of my "Raggedy Ann in The Magic Book." what fabulous places she went with a little rag doll. The rickety old ladder, now to old to bare weight, but holds my blankets. It watched houses being built, family pictures being hung, and many other wonderful things.
So here, on this blog, Im going to post stories of my exciting garage saling endeavors. My DIY projects and of course my beadwork!
